Request a refund for your hardcopy book purchase

Refund Policy Information
  • Refunds are only applicable for hardcopy books. Softcopy purchases are not eligible for refunds.
  • You must apply for a refund within 5 days after the order status shows "Signed Up" (when you receive the book).
  • The book must be in good condition and returned to our collection point.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after verification.
  • Note: Delivery fee and transaction costs are non-refundable. Only the book amount will be refunded.
